With over 25 years of culinary experience spanning three continents, Chef Alessandro brings a world of flavor to every dish. Born in Naples, Italy, his journey began in his grandmother’s kitchen where he developed a profound respect for traditional Mediterranean cooking.

After training at the prestigious Culinary Institute of Milan, Alessandro refined his craft in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe before bringing his vision to life with the opening of Borgify in 2010.
